[so do you have any plans for the weekend?] um (.) (.) nothing big... I don't think so. uh my birthday's on Tuesday. [oh happy birthday.] so... eh it's good. but cause my gonna see my thirty three years old. it is up there. but eh... [laughs] [shrugs shoulders] [nah.] [I'm in my late thirties so thirty three sounds great.] but (.) no. I don't know (.) what uh anything's goin' on yet. [yeah.] plus my birthday lands on a tuesday... uh no uh (.) partying on weekends. cause everybody works on the weekdays. [yeah yeah.] [so maybe you could celebrate this weekend.] [right?] yeah. [and next weekend.] I was thinking both. [laughs] [exactly a birthday is supposed to be celebrated for several weeks.] yes. yeah xx um... and nursing always mə- mæntrə- um m- mænətori to have... nursing always have ɜv- other weekend off. and all of friends... ɪm um w- um (.) (.) um l- most of them are... one f- uh friends on weekend on and the other one opposite. so they always... one tryin' to go somewhere. and one can't go. cause (.) is working. [yeah yeah.] [ugh.] [and you still keep in touch with a lot of your friends?] yes. [yeah.] [patient nods.] [good.] [that's great.] [um what would be your ideal day for your birthday?] [what would be the most fun thing to do to you (..) in your mind?] uh (..) vaɪ would love to go... um minus the hole in my heart... and (.) um my legs (.) make it (.) miss hiking. x hike up the mountain enjoy the view. [oh yeah.] but it's just that I worry about my um (.) walking. and uh my pulse gets really high. so... [okay.] so... [have they told you to be careful of physical...] yeah. [nods] [oh okay okay hm.] yeah. um they want to close the hole in my heart. but (.) (..) I told them like still thinking about it. [laughs] [yeah yeah.] cause ð- they can't uh guarantee it never gonna have a stroke again. but yet x- something still can you know... it's not I wanna do something [shakes head] if um (..) (.) uh it's not guaranteed. [mhm.] so (.) it's thinking about it. [yeah.] [yepp.] [yeah.] [so you would love to hike.] [that would be a...] I miss... I love to go to tu- tumɑkɑ... uh the mountain? tu- ah... [REDACTED]. [oh okay.] there's a hiking. there's uh (.) uh three miles. x a mile half up and then back is three miles. [wow.] I used to be able to (.) uh (..) power walk up there and r-... and aksəli eh first uh so steep down so going slow f:irst turn then able run all the way down to x. you miss running. [oh.] yes. [yeah.] [patient nods] [yeah.] [that would be nice if it was a little cooler right?] [I think it's supposed to get a little cooler maybe soon.] yeah. [nods] [yeah yeah.] [and you like living in the desert?] no. [laughs] [we don't have much of a choice though right?] yeah um yesterday uh my husband went outside... was on the roof. um I'm not usually kɛrəkt- I don't care too much about wearing shorts. [distorted] I always wear pants. [uhuh.] then uh usually um x sɛmbən- x september uh h- his family... all of us go to the lakes. every year. we didn't make last year. cause I had the stroke. but um (.) I told əm I have to get my legs r-... they're so pale. [shakes head] my legs s- x look so funny. he said xxx I had to put some uh what do you call um coca oil on my legs. x- it has worked. so s- t- trying it out. little b- darker.
