The University of Kansas Intercampus Program in Communicative Disorders (IPCD) was established in 1955, and became the first program in the country to receive accreditation in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the Council on Academic Accreditation in in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA). These data were gathered from the program's clinic.
