This man had an ischemic stroke approximately 5 months prior to this video. His speech is rapid and fluent, with multiple paraphasias, neologisms, and jargon. He has normal prosody, and uses appropriate turn taking in conversation. You'll notice that he speaks with a southern accent. His ability to communicate successfully is sometimes remarkably good, given the severity of his language impairment.
